50% black truffle cream

In the Black Summer Truffle also called Scorzone all the fragrances and aromas of the forest are enclosed, its taste is very intense.

This cream is 50% pure, supported by olive oil and very delicate rice cream so as not to alter the flavors, it can be used just like fresh truffles, in small quantities (about 1 teaspoon per person) mixed with butter, cream or olive oil to prepare tagliolini or risotto with truffles or mixed with mascarpone for soft and tasty canapes.

Also excellent for meat and egg dishes.
