The Sausage Ragù with Black Truffle is the mirror of the Piedmontese territory and its culinary tradition.
This tasty condiment, particularly rich, embellished and characterized by the sweet aroma of the Black Truffle, has a harmonious and decisive flavor. It goes wonderfully with the famous Tajarin, typical Piedmontese pasta, fresh egg pasta, rustic dry pasta, fusilli, tortiglioni and fantastic as a polenta dressing.
A not too full-bodied red wine, such as Dolcetto di Diano d’Alba DOC, is recommended with this dressing.
